Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us at support@generationroyal.com.
After this time, your order may already be processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the cancellation window, you will receive a full refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Orders Not Yet Shipped
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may still be eligible to cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If eligible, you may return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
