At Generation Royal, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. Every order is carefully prepared and shipped through trusted shipping carriers to provide a reliable delivery experience.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after our daily Order Cut-Off Time of 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

After your order has been processed, it will be shipped using our Free Shipping service.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days

  • Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days

  • Total Delivery Time: 4–7 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout for standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

If you have not received your tracking information within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send the photos and your order number to support@generationroyal.com.

Claims submitted without sufficient supporting information may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order has not yet been processed and you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
